Bib has a simple back velcro fastening making it quick and easy to put on.

All of our items are lovingly handmade to order, so please allow 7–10 working days for your order to be made before it is dispatched.
Once your order is ready, you can choose your preferred delivery service at checkout:

- Evri (Fully Tracked)
Tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow its journey right to your door.
Please note that delivery times are in addition to our 7–10 working day turnaround time. During busy periods, new product launches or seasonal events, processing times may occasionally be extended. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Due to hygiene reasons, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on hair accessories unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue where applicable. I will always do my best to resolve any genuine problems as quickly as possible.
Care Instructions
To help keep your handmade hair accessory looking its best:
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Avoid getting the bow wet. If necessary, gently wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not machine wash, soak or tumble dry.
- Avoid crushing or folding the bow during storage.
- Handle with care, as excessive pulling or bending may damage the material or attachment.
Safety Information
Hair accessories may contain small parts and are not toys.
Children should always be supervised while wearing hair accessories. Remove before sleeping and never leave babies or young children unattended whilst wearing them.
