These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by us (Lissie Boo Bows & Gifts) to you on the www.lissieboobows.co.uk website and our social media platforms.
Please read these conditions carefully before purchasing Lissie Boo Bows & Gifts products. By ordering our products, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency the terms and conditions of Lissie Boo Bows & Gifts shall prevail.
1. Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from us, you will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and setting out the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation stating that we’ve accepted that order. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the order confirmation E-mail.
2. Returns Policy
At Lissie Boo Bows & Gifts we are proud of the time and workmanship that goes in to each and every hair bow and handmade gift. Our greatest selling point, we feel, is that each and every item is handmade and made to order to your chosen finish.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it (at your own cost) in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unworn, and you will receive a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You will be responsible for ensuring proof of postage is obtained.
The bespoke service for personalised or custom made accessories is non-refundable unless there is a fault that cannot be repaired.
We will accept returns if the item is faulty within the first two weeks - please check all items when you receive them - in the unlikely event any item is faulty - we will either replace or repair the item for you - dependent on fabric availability. We can also issue a refund if you prefer.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
3. Pricing and availability
We list availability information for products sold by us Lissie Boo Bows & Gifts. We cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that postage estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed postage times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
4. Ownership and title
All ownership, title and risk of loss and/or damage in the product you have purchased shall pass to you at the point and time at which such product leaves our premises.
5. Delivery and Cancellation
Products may only be shipped to addresses within the UK.
You can cancel any order placed with Lissie Boo Bows & Gifts, provided that the order has not yet been made.
Delivery times quoted on the website are estimates only and should be used for guidance purposes only.
7. Shipping & Returns
All bows and gifts are posted using Royal Mail and will take 1-3 days to arrive if using Royal Mail 24 and 3-5 days if using Royal Mail 48 – once you have received your dispatch email. Please ensure you provide us with the correct postal address as we can not take responsibility for lost parcels due to address errors.
