All bows and gifts are posted using Royal Mail and will take 1-3 days to arrive if using Royal Mail 24 and 3-5 days if using Royal Mail 48 – once you have received you dispatch email. Please ensure you provide us with the correct postal address as we can not take responsibility for lost parcels due to address errors.
