Shipping policy

At Lissie Boo Bows all items are hand made and made to order unless stated on website or social media ready to ship.

I am a full time mum as well as running Lissie Boo Bows - I have no set opening hours, so I will do my best to answer any messages, questions as soon as possible.

Please note I do my best to get all pictures and colours of fabrics to be as true as I can get them but sometimes due to some monitor settings on computers/phones these colours may vary.

Turn around times are 7/10 working days for unpersonalised products and I do my upmost to keep within these timescales and get orders out before this date, however if for some reason I may go over this timescale, you will be notified by email.

Please note: if your order contains a feltie bow, bow holder or personalised items turn around time is 14-21 days due to ordering personalised parts for your order - please make a note of this when ordering.

If you require items by a certain date then please contact me first to check this is possible I will do my best to meet your requirements.

All bows are posted using Royal Mail and will take 1-3 days to arrive if using first class and 3-5 days if using second class – once you have received you dispatch email. Please ensure you provide us with the correct postal address as we can not take responsibility for lost parcels due to address errors.
