Turnaround Times

My turnaround time is 7-10 working days (Mon-Fri not including weekends or bank holidays).

This also can increase when I have an influx of orders specifically the sales I do. If you’ve ordered on a sale day please be patient - this pushes my turnaround time up significantly.

It is only me making your orders, all of my items are handmade to order.

I also have three children who I home educate and need to be a mummy to.

I don’t import from China, I make everything myself.

Working days do not include the day of your order but start the day after.

Working days do not include the time to deliver your item - that is extra time depending on whether you have asked for second or first class postage.
